On December 1, 1990 (30 years ago), Whitney’s single “I’m Your Baby Tonight,” from her album of the same name, reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The song was written and produced by L.A. Reid and Babyface. It became her eighth #1 single on the Hot 100. The Yvonne Turner mix was released as an international version of the song.
