On December 10, 2002 (17 years ago today) Just Whitney was released in the U.S. by Arista Records. It was Whitney’s fifth studio album and spawned four singles – “Whatchulookinat,” “One of Those Days,” “Try It On My Own” and “Love That Man.” The album debuted at #9 on the Billboard 200 and #3 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The album was spearheaded by L.A. Reid and Whitney, who also executive produced.
