August 17, 1991 – “My Name Is Not Susan” reached #44 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart, her 16th entry on that chart. It was the fourth single from her third album I’m Your Baby Tonight and was produced by L.A. Reid and Babyface. Billboard wrote, “After several ballads, Houston jacks it up on a percolating jam that features one of her more assertive vocals.” Pictured here on the set of the music video are Whitney, famed makeup artist Kevyn Aucoin, and Ellin LaVar, her hair stylist.
