The song features singers Faith Evans and Kelly Price during the choruses and bridge. Produced by Danish duo Soulshock & Karlin (who also worked with Toni Braxton, Jennifer Lopez, and Monica), the song reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, #1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, and was a hit in many countries worldwide. The song went on to be nominated for two GRAMMY Awards and two Billboard Music Awards, and the video was nominated for Best R&B Video at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards. The video was shot in Miami, Florida.
