Whitney, I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you've done for me when I was a little girl growing up. I first heard you sing "I'm Every Woman" when I was 3 years old, and fell in love ever since. I remember being about 7 years old and listening to "Count On Me" by you and my second favorite singer CeCe Winans, and I would sing and dance to it in my room pretending I was on stage with you two. That was my childhood dream, and my plan from there on has always been to meet you and tell you how much I truely love both you as a beautiful human being, and as a wonderful singer. I saw so much more in you than just a singer. I saw how true you stayed to yourself and everyone around you, I saw a very loyal and caring daughter, sister, mother, and friend, I saw a person who loved to have a good time and make others laugh, and so much more. The beautiful thing about all that is you haven't changed a bit. You truely are family to me, and I love you so very much. You helped me get through the abuse of my father when I was 8 years old so much that I would listen to "Didn't We Almost Have It All" and completely forget about all that just happened.
Even though you are not here on Earth with me anymore, I know that you are still very much alive. Your spirit is so strong, so beautiful and so comforting and I thank you so much for everything that you've given me.
God bless your beautiful soul. God bless your wonderful daughter. God bless your amazing mother. God bless your brothers, your sisters and friends. I love you more than you'll ever know. Thank you God. Thank you Whitney <3
Great song! Miss you Whitney! x
