First time hearing this song from Whitney. Tears falling...I love this lady. Losing her was like losing a Family member. I had followed her since she started. Her songs sung to me with messages of hope and love. I felt she was a down to Earth woman. I don't care for her weakness's some people so freely want to keep bringing up.. Who's PERFECT in this world, If you can find this perfection...please let me know. I know of no one!!! Only one and he lives in Heaven. I may not have met Whitney here on Earth, but I look forward to our meeting day when I cross over. This song.....is so beautiful....just like Whitney:) Love you and always will:)
I saw a picture of Mahalia Jackson in an old issue of Ebony magazine and realized Whitney could have played her in her life story. Whitney had the cheekbones, the vocals and the gospel roots. It would have been a powerful movie. Miss you........
This is great for the family and us fans. Whitney deserved so much in life! On my tribute site "mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com" a gentleman wrote "Her voice came straight from the throne of God." Her voice was powerful, and was full of love and touched our souls everytime she sang. Please go and post on my site "mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com" and help me continue to keep the tributes going....mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com
Ms. Lynda-Jones Owings posted a wonderful comment on my tribute site mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com. I really wish I would have had the fore-sight to have created this tribute sight to Whitney LONG before she was called home. You know in her song, "I Look to You," I believe the holy spirit is letting her tell us, she would not be with us long. Just look @ the words. My book - A TRIBUTE TO WHITNEY ELIZABETH HOUSTON - WITH GOD IN THE MIX, talks about this.
My mother was a wise woman...she use to say, "Give me my flowers while I am living, because when I am gone, I can't enjoy them," and that is oh so true. We should let those we love love know it while they are still on this side of heaven.
I know Whitney knew we loved her, so let's keep the comments going so we can let the world know, and all those haters who didn't love and appreciate her know WE DID - AND STILL DO!!! Forever Whitney...forever!
PLEASE CONTINUE TO GO AN POST ON MY SITE mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com, so we can continue to keep the love going. mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com
I want to thank those of you who have gone and posted on my site - mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com. I have had some wonderful postings on my site as well; all with love and compassion for WHITNEY!!!. How wonderful is that! You know, in the book I wrote for Whitney, "A TRIBUTE TO WHITNEY ELIZABETH HOUSTON - GOD IN THE MIX," I took the scripture from Psalm 57:7 - "My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises," and that is exactly what Whitney did - she sang praises to our Lord. She loves the Lord, and the Lord loves her. Now notice - I did not write "she "loved the Lord because she is in heaven right now, singing praises, worshiping, and loving Him right now. She passed through this door, to walk into heaven gates. Thanks so much Mr. Wilson for posting on my site! EVERYONE - PLEASE CONTINUE TO KEEP THE LOVE GOING AND POST ON MY SITE AS WELL - mywhitneytribute.wordpress.com.
Thank you Whitney for being you and coming into my life.My grandbaby is sitting in my lap right at this moment and she is just trying to sing-she is almost two-but she knows who you are!!I will alway's love you Whitney!

Hi marcieg50, I totally agree that Whitney should have received the billboard millennium award in 2010. She will always be # 1 in my book!
