Whitney performed on the 42nd GRAMMY Awards held in February, 2000 - she sang "It's Not Right But It's Ok" and "I Learned From the Best" and won the GRAMMY for 'Best R&B Vocal Performance' for "It's Not Right, But It's Ok".

Whitney kicked off the 30th Annual GRAMMYs with “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)” which won an award for 'Best Pop Vocal Performance' later that night. Watch her performance here!

With the GRAMMYs approaching at the end of the week, we wanted to take a look back and share some of Whitney’s memorable GRAMMY moments.

It all started with her first Grammy in 1986. She took home ‘Best Female Pop Vocal Performance’ for the single “Saving All My Love for You”. This was the first of many to come as Whitney garnered an impressive 25 GRAMMY nominations over her career.

We wanted to share a special event that is happening tonight. Whitney will be inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame. Gary and Pat Houston will be in attendance & Cissy is going to accept the honor on Whitney’s behalf. Read more about the ceremony here.
