Whitney Houston was always my idol no matter what happen when she went down so did I she came back and so did I. We all have struggles in our life we just need to keep leaning to the lord for the strength to help us thru our troubled times there will always be obsticles that the devils will try keep us from doing what is best, we must learn to rebuke him, and praise the lord. Whitney I love you. Just keep the faith. I will be praying for us.

I remember being a Kid at my grandmas house in Brazil and all my relatives used to listen to your music.I grew up knowing that THAT woman had an extraordinary voice. i did not know any english but i used to try my best to sing your songs.
And now i am 24 years old.I am getting married next year tothe most wonderful man.Your songs will definetely be played at my wedding and i cant wait for you tour in the USA.
You did an amazing job at the AMA and i will not miss dancing with the stars.
Hope one day to have a daughter and to have with her the same love and respect you have with your daugther.
Dont ever STOP again giving your strength and faith with the beautiful voice that you have.

Hey whitney.Once again you have managed to touch millions of hearts internationally,and I was definitely one of them.The performance you gave was indescribably and uncontainably amazing.Your chains of yesterday no longer surround you,you are finally free.I was hoping you were going to sing "I look to you" but I guess God knew what I needed to hear the most.

Last nights performance on the AMAs was fantastic, especilly because you silenced all the haters "Whitney cant sing no more" Yeah right!!! You made alot of people cry last night and you were the best performance of the evening.

I saw your performance on AMA and Loved your song choice! I also saw you on GMA/Oprah in Sept. and though you were still working out the vocals, I found your sound very good. Last night "You were fabulous" and if that is the difference of just 2 1/2 months, well you are on your way! Can't wait till you tour in USA!

Great job last night -- but I really hope that you are planning on singing an oldie tomorrow on Dancing With The Stars. Great performance, Whitney. Any lingering doubts that people had about the state of Whitney's voice should be put to rest after the AMA's. Whitney had a POWER in her voice that has been missing for years, and she put everyone on notice that she can still blow the roof off. Although some people still choose to compare her current voice to the Bodyguard, since they just miraculously realized in 2009 that Whitney doesn't sound like the Bodyguard anymore. People were waiting for Whitney to fail like Britney Spears did at the AMA's a few years ago, and she proved them wrong.
While Whitney still needs to work on her breath control, the emotion and delivery in her voice is still just as strong as ever. And while most of the performers had to use special tricks and dancers to highlight their performances, Whitney just stood her ground and used her voice, poise and charisma to steal the show.
I could hear your testimony through your delivery of song. It's awesome how God lifts up a standard in us, and gives us what we need to find that strength we had deep within all along. After that perfomance I started feeling some Doddtown pride, from the old neighborhood back in the 70's when we grew up there. Great performance, so happy to hear your music again........
Last night on the AMA's I thought you blew the crowd away!! I feel your pain because like soo many others I've fallen time and time again but by Gods grace and mercy I've alway been able to get back up. And when I come back I'm stronger and wiser than I was before. I know that God has done the same for you and I pray that He will continue to bless you. Whitney, this was truly a marvelous performance. I watched last night and you were the true "Queen of the Night." I am so proud of you. You deserve the award. You deserve the honor. The audience stood for your performance the entire time. People wanted to see you, the wanted to hear you. Something else I could tell too, you knew you were going sing the hell out of "I Didn't Know My Own Strength!" You were confident, emotional, and very sexy by the way. You looked beautiful. It's hard to imagine that you have been here for over 25 years. You have given such great AMA performances in the past, but this was perhaps the best! I love you and congratulations!

Everyone knows how hard Whitney has worked to climb back up to her star, where she belongs. It was exciting waiting to see her on the AMA Awards, and I can't wait til tonight on Dancing with the Stars.
Her son, I Didn't Know my own Strength, hit me so hard and I sobbed while she sang it. I lost my 38 year old son in April. He was found dead, alone, in his apartment. He had just struggled through months of pain, loss of blood supply to his hip, a full hip replacement and the rehab and recovery went well. But no one, none of all the famous doctors on the team, ever checked his blood pressure or levels. Then after his September surgery, in December he began bleeding and no one could stop it, because they never looked close enough.
I found strength from Whitney's appearance, her song, her talent. Thank you.
Class, originality, drama. I hope she visits Greece too. I still have the ticket of the concert she cancelled in 1993. Still waiting for her with love.
I am so proud of Whitney for pulling herself back together and continuing on with her gift of song. I have missed her alot and I welcome the return. The messages she brings to the table are for everyone, the delivery magical, with the right amount of grace and elegance. I am a loyal fan to the end and i am happy with the new beginning.
