It was so good to see you on Oprah. I have been praying for you and to hear all the Lord has done in your life truly blessed me. The verse came to mind when talking about Joseph and his brothers "But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive." Gn. 50:20 What the enemy meant for evil, God is using for good. I see and believe that He has allowed you to pass through deep waters to show you the strength of the Savior, and bring you through the darkness to tell of the Marvelous Light. I pray that the Lord use you and bless you as you rest in His grace, and that the call on your life to share of His wonderful works will be for the enlightening of many souls and saving of many nations. We have a good God. Jesus said, there is no other name by which man can be saved Acts 4 :10-13. These are good tidings of Great joy! I want to leave with you one of my favorite verses and than a specail gift:
"But now, thus says the Lord, who created you...and He who formed you...'Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine. When you pass through the water, I will be with you: And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scourch you. My Christmas gift to you is this: "There therefore remains a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His." Heb. 2:9-10. Rest in the finished work of Jesus Christ on your behalf. Having paid the price for your sin on the cross and rising again, His work is complete, so now we can rest in Him and what He has done, and never try to please Him by what we do, but just believe Him for what He has done. We are accepted in Christ. This creates a deep fellowship with our all Sufficient Savior, believing. It's how we walk in this life:)
Thank you for being a wonderful testimony for the Lord and I will continue to pray for you on this journey! Mt. 7:24-25

I recntly watched the Oprah interview with Whitney. I was so inspired by the interview and moved to tears at times. You are such an inspiration for all of the women in the world who have gone through horrible marriages and made some unfortunate choices. You came out it more beautiful than ever and stronger than ever! I will include you in my prayers that your strength remains with you and that the Lord will continue to guide oyu and your daughter. Dear Mrs. Houston,
i don´t know, if this is the right way, and i just dont know if you´l ever read this letter, but that doesn´t matter, because i know, that you will get the energy out of it.
I wanna say thank you for this wounderful song "I look to you". For me it is a powerful love song to god.
When i heared the song for the first time, i was sitting in my car and tears start to run over my face. I was so deaply touched and i joyned this feeling about 20 minuts. Yes, you touched me!
To know your story, with bearly hard times and than listen to such a song ist deaply touching for me.
I found to God during a journy to West-Afrika just 3 jears agow, where i got in big troubles for the first time in my life.
So I know, that everyone finds him in the darkest houers.
I can imagin, what hard times you got throu after such an increadely career in the early ninetys.
It is nearly christmas and so i want to thank you for this song and this magic moments you gave to me this year.

Whitney is holding strong on the charts. "I Look to You" jumped from #114 up to #63...then last week from 63 up to #58. Our girls album, despite lack of airplay, no further released singles, and almost no extra promotion accept her performances...is INCREASING in sales...basically saying that even 4 months after its release, it is truly a good album that people are buying. Its called a COMEBACK...she'll be here for years....Love ya Whitters!

Whitney will be the Entertainment recipient at the third annual BET Honors awards show on January 16th. Now how great is that...first she payed tribute to Tyler Perry last year at the same awards now a year later she's an honoree. God just keeps on blessing Whitney and I love it!!!!!!!
