Recently several Russian fans came to the United States to do a trip paying homage to Whitney. Arranged by another Russian fan, Paul N., who is a travel agent – Oksana L, Ekaterina O. and Alexey A. crossed the U.S. visiting several “Whitney spots” such as The Grammy Museum, Madame Tussauds (there are figures of Whitney now in LA, Vegas, Washington D.C. and New York). They visited the New Hope Baptist Church where Whitney sang in the choir all those years ago and which also sadly, was the site of her funeral. They also visited The Whitney Houston Academy For Creative and Performing Arts. Here are some pictures of their trip. We are always happy to hear about fans doing something special in honor of Whitney and when we can, we will post these stories.
