I missed the Oprah interview with Whitney in September and was so grateful it aired again this week! The more the interview progressed, the more I cried and then full-out sobbed. My heart is so deeply touched! I am a singer who grew up inspired by Whitney Houston. I have always been a Whitney fan. 18 months ago, I got out of my own very abusive marriage and hearing her story on Oprah touched my soul so profoundly. Her experience resonated with me so much and when I finally heard her sing "I didn't know my own strength," I got chills and just cried like a baby.
