It has been asked today that we change our profile picture to show our love for Whitney Houston. I’m still in shock and heartbroken by this, it is amazing how so many people who didn’t know her still are affected by this in some way. That is a very powerful and beautiful gift very few can do. Every day I try to understand why but I know it’s not for me to know or judge it is between her and God. Above all things Whitney was human and I feel though she searched she just could not find what she needed here on earth, that something extra special that she gave too us she now needed more than ever for herself. God never left her side, in the beginning and in the end she told us this. She went on to the one place where she always knew it was all along … home. R.I.P. I will always love you, thanks for the memories.

Thank you so much for the gift of your voice and for allowing us the opportunity to "know" and love you through the years. Never before has there been such a pure and beautiful voice, which can only come from a truly beautiful person. Again, thank you, Whitney. You are so very missed.

To Whitney's family, you're being kept in thought and prayer. Praying for comfort, peace, and strength in the days to come. May God hold you in the palm of his hand as He eases your pain.

I LOVE WHITNEY! SHE IS AND WAS THE REAL DIVA! SHE GREW TO BECOME OUTSPOKEN FROM HER MARRIAGE TO BOOBY BROWN! THERE IS SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN HER INNOCENCE ON INTERVIEWS AT 21 AND THE ONES AFTER SHE MARRIED! HE CHANGED HER, PERIOD! I ALWAYS THOUGHT OF HER AS BEING A BEST FRIEND TO SOMEONE. SHE SEEMED AS THOUGH SHE WOULD BE A WOMAN'S BEST FRIEND, TRUE FRIEND, AND SHE WAS SO NICE GENUINE! I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT HER. I LOVED HER PERSONALITY MORE THAN HER MUSIC! BOOBY BROWN HAD A VIRTUOUS WOMAN, FAR MORE PRECIOUS THAN JEWELS! HE ABUSED HER, WORE HER DOWN, MANIPULATED, DID NOT PROTECT, DID NOT CHEER HER TO DOING RIGHT BUT WRONG! YES WE ALL DON'T STAY INNOCENT, BUT OUR UPBRINGING'S ARE NEVER FAR AWAY! WHITNEY HAD A CERTAIN UPBRINGING SUCH AS MINE. I NEVER FORGET WHAT WAS CEMENTED INTO ME BY MY PARENTS! THAT IS WHY SHE ALWAYS CAME BACK TO JESUS! THE CHURCH SONGS, BIBLE QUOTES, PRAYING, AND TURING TO JESUS INSTEAD OF SOME "MAN". I LOST MY MOM AT 18. BOBBY CHRISTINA LISTEN TO YOUR GRANDMOTHER, SHE IS THE SAME GUIDER YOUR MOM HAD! SHE KNOWS BEST! YOU ARE STILL A BABY! GOD BLESS! YOUR DID A WONDERFUL JOB MR &MRS. HOUSTON! WHITNEY YOU ALWAYS LOOKED PRETTY, CLASSY, CARRIED YOUR OWN, DRESSED BETTER THAN ANY STAR!

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget and that will live on in us forever.
While this is difficult for your family, friends and fans, may the comfort of God help bring peace to our hearts.
You and you're music were loved by so many!

YOU ALWAYS LOOKED PERFECT EVEN WHEN NO ONE WAS LOOKING! YOU WERE PRETTIER THAN HALLE BERRY! REST NOW! YOU LEFT BOBBY CHRISTINA WITH A FANTASTIC GRANDMOTHER WHO WILL LOOK AFTER HER! YOU KNOW SHE'S IN PERFECT CARE, BECAUSE SHE'S THE SAME WOMAN WHO RAISED YOU! I WAS WAITING FOR YOU TO COME TO CONCERT WITH YOUR LAST ALBUM, TELLING MY HUBBY I WILL BE THE FIRST TO BUY US TICKETS! RAY J WAS NOT FOR U! HE WAS ANOTHER WANNA BE BAD BOY, THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO GET YOU SPRUNG YOU LIKE BOBBY! PEOPLE WANTED TO BE AROUND YOU BECAUSE YOUR WERE GIVING, LOVABLE, IRRESISTABLE , FUN, TRUE, AND THEY LEARNED FROM YOU! GOD BLESS!

I grew up not far from where Whitney grew up...we're about the same age, we both married around the same time, had our daughters the same year and eventually got divorced. Her earlier music has always reminded me of a time when life was more carefree...and I was devastated to hear of her passing. "One Moment in Time" is one of my all-time favorite songs, and I still get chills every time I listen to it. She is an icon, an amazing talent, and she will live on through her music and through her precious daughter. My heart goes out to Bobbi Kristina and to her mom Cissy and everyone - family, friends and fans all over the world - who loved Whitney.

I'm from Italy, Naples, Torre Annunziata. I've missed my QUEEN, my wonderful QUEEN. You have filled my heart with your VOICE and I'll listen to your music now and forever. Even in silence, you'll sing, in my heart forever, MY WONDERFUL QUEEN. Rest in peace, beautiful angel.

Heaven has called for one of its own to come home. You can't put a question mark behind God's period. I enjoyed you for the time I had you. It's time for you to rest my sister. I will never forget you.

I am praying for Her family, because it's so very hard to say goodbye. Your music will live on for a very long time.

You was star. You're star. And you will be stars. I will always LOVE YOU. YOU ARE MY REASON TO BE. xoxo
