I didn't know my own strength
I am loving this song.... The words are really speaking to me, there was a time in my life when I went through so my bad times that I didn't know my own strength and I crashed and tumble but I did not crumble... Through out my darkest hours my faith kept me alive.. it is a testimony about her own life as well as many others

Yes, it is a great song with great lyrics. This song is for the heart!
I love this song, We feel the sensitivity of Whitney in this song. God bless her. I'm so thankful for her comeback.
Thank you so much, welcome back into the hearts of many. You did it and I am proud of your and your family.
Love Chris
Simplicity, like "I Look to You". No back beat, no rhythm section, not over produced, not too funky, not too sweet. Just Whitney's passionate voice with a wonderful melody. I love the funk, but I love this side of Whitney so much more.
This song tells Whitney's life basicly !
What she has gone through
I'll have to admit that "I Didn't Know My Own Strength" was not one of my favs, but that changed after I hearing the newer version. I'm soooo in love with it now.
I felt an affinity for this song the first time I heard it on the Gayle King show. I love it because I can relate to the times when I've been down, a victim of my own choices in life as well, and I didn't know either that I had it in me to rise back up and start anew. This song is so much about self-forgiveness, self-love, and it reflects the endurance of the human spirit. I think it's wonderful that after so many years Whitney has returned to share her voice. I never had this expectation she would sound exactly like she did 10 years ago, I've moved on from 'expectations' of what 'should be' and can just say I am truly happy to hear that she is gifting us with her talent again
You go Lady, in all your Glory. God loves you!
This is my favorite song on the album. Just thinking about it gives me chills. It's such a powerful song. Whitney's been a favorite of mine for so many years, and this song really speaks for anyone who has ever felt like things aren't going as they should. She's amazing.
